Research Profile

Dr. Cartailler is the Director of Informatics for the Center for Stem Cell Biology.

He is deeply involved in the activities of the Beta Cell Biology Consortium, which is coordinated out of Vanderbilt University. A more recent project is the NIDDK Consortium Interconnectivity Network (dkCOIN), which includes a growing collaboration between various data-generating groups with a central goal of aggregating scientific data and subsequence analysis.  Also, he oversees the development of the VanderbiltResearch.org project.
